About us Team Staff Profiles Lauren Webb Lauren joined Brunswick in December 2010. Experience before joining Brunswick I enjoy working with people, helping people to learn and develop and being able to contribute to something that feels valuable to me. Working at Brunswick has offered me all of this and more! Before I joined Brunswick, I managed different teams and projects for businesses, in the public sector and for charities. I was involved in advocacy for many years and I still feel strongly about increasing opportunities for people’s voices to truly be heard in society and particularly in conversations about their own lives, health and future. Being a manager at Brunswick is challenging, rewarding and never ever dull and I feel very privileged to be able to spend my time at work with such a brilliant team of people - workers, volunteers and staff. Roles at Brunswick I joined Brunswick as Deputy Manager in 2010 and became one of the Directors in May 2017. Favourite Brunswick memory My first Christmas party at which I realised I’d found a bunch of people like myself who aren’t shy to get straight up on the dancefloor at a party! Special Brunswick talent Finding solutions to problems. And testing new ranges of chocolate for shop – a tough job but someone has to do it!
