The cooking group prepares all the food served to workers, staff and volunteers at Brunswick each day, in our professional kitchen. Workers are trained in various aspects of cooking, including safety and food hygiene. We develop our own recipes and many of our ingredients are grown on site. We prepare a full range of main meals, snacks and deserts.
