More About Brunswick Organic Nursery

Brunswick is a registered charity (No. 1010178) that offers purposeful work and training to people with learning disabilities (Workers) who are often excluded from having these chances. It provides Workers with the opportunity to develop their skills within the project and beyond.

We make a range of hand made crafts which include wrapping paper, woven rugs and runners, scarves and greeting cards. More info

We have a small group who are now producing wooden goods. More info

We grow a wide range of plants in pots including bedding plants, cottage garden perennials and herbs. More info

Brunswick grows a wide range of seasonal organic vegetables and fruit. More info

We have a wide range of gardening contracts in the community, including maintaining churchyards, renovating and maintaining individuals' gardens. More info

Brunswick Organic Nursery has been renting The Archbishops Palace Walled Gardens from the Church Commissioners since 2004. More info

We have groups that cook for the workers at Brunswick, learning important life skills. More info

The workers at Brunswick who have learning difficulties have set up a social club. More info
